RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. We are happy to cancel orders at no extra fee before your items are shipped! Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your name, order number, and postcode at: finakpop@gmail.com.
Q. Can I return or exchange my order?
A. We accept returns and exchanges on unopened items within 3 days of your order delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method, and customers are responsible for covering the shipping fee for return.
We kindly request that customers film an unboxing when their order arrives to verify the condition of the items. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on photocards due to authenticity concerns. We do not offer refunds for minor damages or errors inside albums as these are factory errors beyond our control.
The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or the incorrect order was received.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for delayed shipping as this is an issue with the shipping carrier.
Q. Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled if we suspect fraudulent activity or if customers exceed the purchasing limits for certain products. If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may cancel it without prior notice. Orders with medium fraud risk will be subject to further verification before processing.
Important: Wrong Address Warning
Q: What happens if I enter the wrong address and you don't refund my payment?
A: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we won't refund your payment. You'll need to update the address and resubmit the order for processing, which means you may need to pay again. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid this issue.
To ensure transparency and protect against potential claims of damage or missing items, we request that customers record a video while unpacking their parcel upon delivery, especially for items sent from overseas. This video documentation will serve as evidence of the item's condition at the time of receipt and will help us address any issues quickly and fairly. By proceeding with your order, you agree to this policy, which is designed to safeguard both parties from misunderstandings and fraudulent claims. Without this, we won’t accept any claims of items missing or damaged products.
